Description
A Tilting Cooking Kettle is one of the most widely used processing equipment in food production lines such as canned food, jam, and legume processing. This equipment is designed for the initial cooking of food products or liquid formulations and is typically manufactured as a Jacketed Stainless Steel Tank. Hot steam circulates through the space between the inner and outer walls, ensuring uniform heat transfer throughout the product inside the vessel. In models manufactured with thicker stainless steel plates, the equipment is commonly referred to as a Cooking Kettle. In such configurations, the heating system can utilize hot oil instead of steam.
